New Year

Happy New Year! I hope 2013 was as good for you as it was good for me.

*I attended Vida Vegan Con in Portland, Oregon. (Best trip I’ve taken.)
*Taught a food demo at the Bethlehem VegFest. (The most nervous I’ve ever been)
*Taught 2 vegan cooking clases at the local Adult School.
*Tried lots of new vegan eats around my neck of the woods and there are many more opening in 2014! <~~This one I am most excited about! (You’ll learn why in a few weeks I hope.)
*Hung out with some awesome blogger friends a few times.
*Am in the process of a complete renovation of our kitchen!

My plans for 2014 include a lot for this little blog. I have a whole notebook full of ideas and recipes to share. I even purchased an old school day planner to help plan my posts out better. I’ve tried using a google calendar and alerts on my phone but I somehow miss them/am obviously doing something wrong. I’m just someone who needs to see it all in my own handwriting.

I’ll be back next week with my recipe for Cashew Cream, a restaurant review and more.
